STEEL LANYARD sling is made of galvanized steel rope. It is extremely useful during work at height, as well as maneuvers or rescue operations.
It is a great option especially for use on structures with round as well as angular profiles. Therefore, where ordinary ropes or straps cannot be used, the steel sling is indispensable. It has an increased resistance to mechanical damage. Therefore, the manufacturer recommends the sling as an indispensable piece of equipment for high-altitude saws or welders. Thanks to its design, it can also be used, as a loop or strapping rope.
One more application is to use it as part of a system to prevent falls from heights. The steel has a high resistance to high temperatures, and will therefore be perfect as an anchor point. In addition, to prolong the life of the sling, it is in a transparent plastic sheath. The caoutchouc is wrapped in transparent-colored plastic. Each length of the sling has a different color - this makes it easy to determine its dimension. To fully distinguish the type of sling, each has a unique serial number, which allows to identify the product and determine the dates of inspection or maintenance.
Each STEEL LANYARD sling can work in different attachment methods. It is therefore recommended that those using them have the appropriate specialized training.
